A: Yes, you can choose to keep certain items and we will only sell the items you approve of.
Q: How do I know my items will be priced fairly?
A: We have extensive experience in pricing estate sale items, and we research similar items to make sure our prices are fair and in line with current market value.
Q: What if I need to cancel the sale?
A: If you need to cancel the sale for any reason, we require a two-week notice so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: We will distribute the proceeds from the sale within 7 days of its completion.
HONEST!!!!! Katie, Chris and their team are absolutely fantastic! They went through everything and found things of value we had no idea were of any value. There were also multiple times that Katie and her team found envelopes of money in random places. They could have easily taken them and we would have never known, but they didn't. They let us know each time and returned the money to us. They will also go through your things and anything they even THINK may have ANY sentimental value, they will ask you if you want it before they sell it (which they don't have to do, they choose to do). Hiring them for our estate sale was the best choice and we will do it again if we ever need it again.

They exceeded our highest expectations. Advertising and photography was above par, and, they were sensitive to our emotions of "letting go" of treaaures that represented a lifetime of memories. Our grateful thanks for a job well done, and, they earned every cent of their commision, which was very fair.
